NOT RECOMMENDED!
1) The admin person promised us that the movers will give us a courtesy call 30 minutes beforehand as the time starts as soon as the movers were at your property, but we received no phone calls until the movers were already at our property.
2) REALLY SLOW ! They sent us an experienced worker and a new hire on his first day. It took them more than two hours to load a two-bedroom apartment, and we had already disassembled all the tables, lounges and one bedframe. All they need to do is to move them into the truck. And I had to go down and assist them to speed things up.
It ended up taking them 4 hours to move from a two-bedroom apartment to a single-bedroom apartment in the same suburb (10 minutes drive to the new location), and it doesn’t even include assemble & dissemble and connect & disconnect.
Just don’t trust their two-hour quote. It will always be more than that.

Unfortunately I confirmed all bad reviews are true. I received a quote from them and I declined it because of the bad reviews I read. Their manager, Priscilla, then contacted me to address my concerns. I said that I would trust what she was saying and decided to hire them. On the day of the move they worked extremely slow, from the start it was clear they simply wanted to take advantage and make us pay as much as possible. Also, they didn't have enough care when moving our stuff. Their original quote was 2 hours. We moved for Mascot to Dulwich Hill and our unit was 2 bedrooms but the second bedroom had no furniture and there was no fridge. The move took 4.5 hours and I helped carry the small stuff. After the move I contacted their manager to let her know how dishonest I thought their service was and that I would hope no other client was taken advantage of. The manager then tried to make it seem like the 4.5 hours was fine because there was a 1 hour call out on my job. I replied and told her that the 4.5 hours did not include the call out and that I could show her the invoice that showed that I was charged a total of 5.5 hours including the call out hour. She never replied. I would not recommend or use their services.Read more

Fantastic service! Shannon & Rami (I hope I remembered your names correctly) were great. Couldn't have been nicer. Arrived on time, worked at a good pace continuously, explained everything and were very considerate. Both were polite, well mannered and friendly and they took care with everything - I think this is the first time I've moved without anything being broken!
Would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Great Job. Thanks Again.

WARNING if you value your property, goods and customer service steer clear of this company!! Within 2 hours they still had not even loaded their truck with our goods, when my partner very kindly asked if he could assist them to help speed things up one of the employees became extremely aggressive and refused to do the job, leaving our furniture on the street (meanwhile my partner had already made one trip with his own truck in the whole time they had been here). A call to their customer service reinforced how terrible their customer service and business values are. Upon explaining the situation to the business owner he refused to accept my side of the story, and only made excuses for why they were so slow, telling me it was a 7 hour job!! Not only did he say all of this, he also said if my partner is so quick why did we bother booking them in the first place! Well we booked you thinking that it would make our move quicker and less stressful, you have done the exact opposite! I can most definitely tell you it was not a 7 hour job, after they left I called an amazing furniture Removalist company called Zoom Removals who have came out after hours to help. They have only been here for 20 min and have already lifted all of the heavy furniture items from the house to the truck (items your team hadn't even gotten to) plus the small amount of boxes and couple of mattresses that your team took 2 hours to move.
Not only did Moves and More not complete the job, they also made heavy scratches on the parquetry floor and damaged an expensive piece of exercise equipment (of which I told them to not move until my partner was around to help). Don't be fooled by their 'cheap rates', I'm sorry it's not cheap when you bill by the half hour and your men are extremely slow! Pay for a reputable company who may charge a little extra but actually care about your goods, customer service and are fast and efficient! If the owner bothers reading these reviews, I'll be expecting my deposit back, this whole experience has been absolutely disgraceful!Read more

Thank you Moves and More for making our move easy and stress free.
We moved from a 4 bedroom residential house at Wattle Grove on 10 October 2016 and the 3 man team were very efficient and had the big truck fully loaded in no time. They were very professional and courteous from the start informing us of a slight delay due to traffic and made sure our valuables were well wrapped and secure for transport. Unloading the furniture and boxes seemed to take no time at all and the guys managed to get the large items up the stairs with only a few small marks left behind which was remarkable given the size and weight of some of the items.
I would recommend Moves and More to anyone moving home.
