The shipment took twice as long as originally told to us. They lost the customs declaration forms and shipment was head up. I wasn't informed of this until I contacted them myself. I re fill documents but then it took longer for them to submit the forms to the counter party in Auckland. It was a nightmare. Shipment included my tools and I wasn't able to start work until I received my tools. Doesn't look good when starting work first day and having no tools. We were expecting the tools good way before I started work but ended up delaying my work. I won't be used this company again. Bad experience.
