So rude !! we've dealt with them for a around 6 years and we are treated like we need to beg for their work, We are a small family furniture business and sadly this Family business has lost the meaning of helping the little guys

An absolutely disgraceful experience with this company involving denial of responsibility, shifty practices and downright deceit. For interstate transport they position themselves as premium BUT BEWARE … they sub contract to the cheapest company at their disposal. We intend to pursue Jack and his promises - AVOID at all costs. After paying for a delivery, unpack and removal service we received a leave and DUMP service. I ended up paying a local handyman to assemble and the packaging, debris and big mess remain on my decking.

Excellent service, good communication and professional. Very easy to contact and Greg Rowe was very prompt and thorough. The delivery staff - Tarz and Fred were exemplary and placed our beautiful bespoke furniture in the selected room with grace and good humour. Will definitely use again.
