Worst Experience - Do Not Use these cowboys. They are unethical and dishonest. Refused to move my television, claiming if damaged the removalists have to pay themselves. Suggesting no insurance. I had to call a friend at 9pm to move an 85 inch TV. This was a disgrace. I also had to do another TV myself, leaving me wondering why I bothered to pay for professionals at all. Charged $1375 to move only big furniture. Left me and my friends to do all clothing, food, linen, dining chairs, ornaments, lamps, plants, balcony items, dining chairs, stools, bedside tables. They changed the stair fee, after loading one item in the truck. Went from$168 - $400. Took 8 hours to move fridge, washing machine, lounge, chairs, 2 queen beds, dining table, desk, 2 bedheads, 1 set of bedside tables some pictures. They then threatened i had to pay overtime past 10pm. Then wanted to withhold, unloading my fridge and lounge, until I paid. I could not trust them at all, and refused. They unloaded the final two it
ems. I paid a ridiculous amount just to get rid of them, then they would not leave until I gave a positive review. DO NOT USE THEM. They have since ignored my complaints. They did give a refund of $175, however I should not have paid anymore than 3 hours. They also smoked in the truck taking up time at $80 per half hours, adding to the job taking 8 hours. I will be taking my complaint to Fair Trading. They were useless removalists that could not speak english, they added unnessasary charges and time, damaged my dining table, after telling them to not unscrew it. I will be taking this further. They did not adhere to basic expectations of removalists, Do NOT TRUST THEM with your belongings. I have given 2 weeks for them to rectify, now leaving no choice but to leave an honest review.Read more
