This comment was a year late I had tauma with this Arun guy. We communicated and set up a time not the day (both our mistake) I was thinking he will deliver on friday but he delivered the next day. The time we agreed on was 11am he delivered on 11:45am. I was on my nightshift and was not expecting the delivery good thing my dog barked as the intercom kept ringing. I picked up my phone and was super shocked that they already came by the apartment so I called. He picked up the phone angrily and I explained to him and pleaded that he can go back which he charged me an extra $100 for being 30mins late. Granted it was my bad but the extra charge was too much given that the distance from the furniture shop was just 15mins drive ang its just a 3seater couch they charged as what I can remember $270. Upon arriving his face was so pissed and ge kept on raising his voice as scolded me when we were on the lift. Arun, man! you are very unprofessional WHY ARE U SO RUDE?! I paid the extra fee and a very traumatic experience. The other guy who helped was nice. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. Till this day Im shaking as I remember the incident.Read more

Arun and his colleague was very helpful during move. Although we had some problems with our parking and goods lift, he went out of his way to make sure that we finish moving our stuff asap. I have used his service twice, and would definitely call him again!

Booked with Arun. Him and his colleague came out on the same day, within a few hours of booking. I'm very happy with the quick and hassle free service provided after dealing with a no-show mover earlier on the day.

We found Arun's moving services just on Google searched as we previously had 5-6 quotes from other popular companies that were just ridiculous and were asking for exorbitant amounts to move and could tell us they only have manual tools. Arun was excellent to communicate with and so thorough and experienced with how they removed our items to help us move into our apartment that had lots of restrictions on moving. Thank you very much Arun, we never thought moving could be this simple as you made it so smooth and your team was able to get it done in short amount of time. All our items were in great condition after the move, and they even unassemble and reassembled things for us with power tools that made it so easy and less time consuming. Please be aware of other companies that just want your money for every single request, but Arun and team were just pure professionals and I have such high praises for their work ethics. 100% would recommend to anyone, and would be our go to person if we ever move again.

I needed something picked up pretty quick, after a search, I came across, Arun from, Simply Move.
He was very fair in price, friendly, helpful and punctual.
It was such an easy and pleasant transaction.
There was something wrong with the item I was having picked up and Arun was caring enough to point it out, had it not been for him, I would have been severely ripped off.
I cannot thank him enough for being more than just the job.
I will be using his services again in the future and also highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for care and quality.
