Chest of drawers was supposed to be delivered upstairs. I suggested unpacking item to reduce size, but to no avail. Item left in kitchen and solution given to me was to return item to furniture store. Imagine ordering matching bedroom furniture and being disappointed that it will never come out of box.
There were several other solutions, but they were not willing to try. Maybe because it is a Friday afternoon and they want to leave work early.

Two days ago, the team delivered my new Loungely swivel chair and the experience was excellent. The delivery was incredibly quick after I placed the order. I was given a three-hour delivery window in advance, received a call on the day with an updated ETA, and another call when they were 30 minutes away. They arrived exactly as planned, carried the chair upstairs, and were professional and efficient throughout. A great delivery experience overall and I would absolutely recommend this team.

I love this brand. Delivery was seamless and the assembly instructions are fantastic. Everything is also of great quality. My grandson now has a bed, side table, chest of drawers, toy storage and a gorgeous table with 2 chairs. Very happy 😃

Lovely experience having our dining chairs delivered and assembled. Guys were punctual and advised us when they were coming. Assembly was fast and they removed and took away all the packaging. Would definitely recommend!!! Thank you 🙌🙌🙌
