I’ve used this moving service twice now and have been really impressed both times. The team is very efficient and works quickly while still being careful with furniture and belongings. They follow instructions well and were very accommodating with specific requests during the move.
Everything was handled professionally and with care, which made the whole process much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient moving service.

I can highly recommend JD Movers. We had an excellent moving experience with this team. No request was too small or too big. They took great care of our possessions and were careful when moving furniture into our new house. We had a few tricky aspects- they found genius ways to get the job done extremely efficiently.

I was struggling to find a company who would be willing to move a large, heavy glass display cabinet for me. I messaged Eric at 4:30pm on a Friday and they managed to squeeze me in for Saturday evening the very next day! They were very careful not to damage it when loading, even though it was tricky to manoeuvre with the size of the cabinet and just as careful when unloading it. Highly recommend these guys and will be using their services for sure again in the future.

Our move with JD Movers yesterday was very disappointing. The job was scheduled for 2-3pm, they didn't start until 7:15 PM, requiring constant follow-up from us.
Eric agreed to dispose a bed for a fee but didn't inform the crew. When we called, he yelled and argued, refusing responsibility ('It's not my mistake and I won't admit it!').
The delays were one thing, but the unprofessional attitude is inexcusable. Yelling at a customer is never okay. This was the worst customer service experience.

JD Movers were brilliant and I'd recommend them. Arrived on time, they were polite, respectful, quick and very efficient. They were also very quiet and respectful of the property. When unloading they checked where everything needed to go and were happy to install whatever needed it. They were cost effective and charged door to door, not depo to depo which saved $100's compared to some other quotes. We will use them again.

The team (I think Aaron and Jimmy?) that was sent to move my house sent me a message to inform me that they were running late and was constantly updating me on the progress. On arrival, they analyzed the items to be moved and planned accordingly to make sure all the items are stacked properly and safely. Placement of the items at the new location was done with utmost care.
I definitely recommend Eric and his team to be your trusted movers for your moving needs.
