Fran, Adam and the team could not be rated more highly. We moved over 1,200km interstate and we had not a single thing (including Lego models!) broken, scratched or even slightly marked. Dealing with Leader was the least stressful part of our whole relocation. Worth every dollar!

Immature, Rude & Aggressive. Tried to discuss with their business without resorting to a public review but their response was 'noted'. Their behaviour is unprofessional. Used language such as moron, 'Karen', when asked to watch out for the council trees.

Wow! We’re DONE! What a journey the last 5 days have been.
I wanted to let you know immediately what an incredible experience it was with your business and the guys doing the move. Aiden is the absolute best bloke you could ever send on a job, and Bailey was such a trooper, they made a great team. Anthony and the other youngster on Friday worked very hard and made short work of this move.
Fran, I have moved quite a lot - it is without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had. I never want to use anyone other than you, from the first email, followed by the quote (which was spot on for volume by the way!), to the boxes drop off, loading off loading - I cannot fault a single thing.
Thank you for this amazing business that you run. You are a Canberra gem.

Just amazing from start to finish - clear communication, extremely helpful throughout the moving process from my estimate of items and cartons to moving into an apartment with very difficult access. No complaints about the difficulty, very kind, moved things around a couple of times to make sure I was happy and didn't have to move large items again myself. Have moved a few times and Leader are the only removalists who were kind, helpful and honest. Highly recommend.

Really not comfortable with this. Why would you guys risk other peoples property and block them in? Blokes moving large heavy objects over top of someone’s car with less than a meters clearance + distance. There’s literally a COMPLETELY EMPTY car park to use. You could have done that anywhere else. Yet you chose to unload like that… Not a good risk assessment. Wasted my time and your own. Why?

The team at Leader were incredible, I highly recommend them. From initial contact, to pre-move meeting and on the day uplift and move they were professional and helpful. Moving house is stressful and painful but at least our removalists were awesome :)
