DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They are careless. Unapologetic. Unprofessional. They are terrible at what they do. EVERY step of the move, they made serious mistakes. They didn’t take responsibility for their errors or apologise. Instead, they tried to shift blame wherever possible. They didn’t show up on the agreed moving day. They said they called / texted me multiple times but I had no missed calls or texts. They later admitted to dialling the number incorrectly, without ever double-checking the paperwork for the correct number. When they 'couldn’t reach me”, they decided not to attend the move that I had paid for. As it was a remote move, I didn’t learn about this until my storage unit rang me end of day to say they hadn’t come. I rang the movers to ask what was happening. They shift the blame to me for it not going ahead, saying I rang at 4.55pm - saying the late notification (of their error) was the reason for the error. This doesn’t make sense and was a clear way to sidestep responsibility.

Collection was never dependent on calling me. All instructions had been confirmed more than once and closed out when booking. All steps were clear on the paperwork. My things were carelessly packed into boxes in such a way that I had many broken items upon delivery. Broken lampshade, vases, sculptures, glass in picture frames, you name it. I lost many things to breakages, after paying for a packing service. My valuable paintings were dented, glass was broken, wooden frames were gouged. I had communicated very particularly on my valuable items (paintings and antiques) and paid for a packing service in the hope they would be appropriately protected in transit. They weren’t.

Upon delivery, they gave me someone else’s things and didn’t notice til I gave them back. Multiple items of mine were kept by the movers and never mentioned (a chest of drawers, a footstool, ends to a bookcase) until I noticed them gone. They tracked a number of things down, but the ends to the bookcase were never found, so the bookcase had to be thrown out. They did not provide me with a copy of the inventory list after signing it, so I did not have a copy of paperwork, which means they could change the paperwork to suit themselves after the fact.

The only thing consistent in their service was their incompetence and carelessness. Given their policy of 'we don't pay for breakages', I can see why. There's no recourse for customers in the face of this disregard. Whenever I raised my unhappiness at the damages, I felt their tone and lack of interest was saying 'we don't care, what are you going to do about it?’. And there was nothing I could do about it. To this day, I still don’t know if they have some of my things from the move. Given I was moving things from a storage unit and hadn’t had access for 10 years, I would remember items later that I realised I had never received. They would not allow me to visit their warehouse to look for my missing items, and said they didn’t have them.

I’ve never dealt with a company who was so casual in the face of so many mistakes. Use them at your own risk.
