Outstanding Moving Service!
I would like to give a huge thank you to Harmeet and Shubham for their exceptional moving service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking.
They arrived on time, handled all of our belongings with great care, and worked tirelessly throughout the entire move. Every item, including heavy furniture and fragile belongings, was moved safely and securely without any damage. Their attention to detail and commitment to protecting our possessions was truly impressive.
What stood out the most was their positive attitude and excellent customer service. Harmeet and Shubham were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and well-organized.
Their teamwork was outstanding, and they completed the move much faster than expected while maintaining a high standard of care. It is clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing the best possible experience for their customers.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst moving experience I have had
Very disappointed with this company and would not use or recommend them again.
This was an hourly-paid job, and unfortunately the work pace felt unnecessarily slow from the beginning. I have moved several times before and similar jobs have usually taken 2–3 hours and cost around $250–$300. This move took 6 hours and I was charged nearly $900.
I was originally told the job started at 9:30am. After I pointed out that the movers arrived late, the start time was suddenly changed to 9:50am, yet the invoice amount remained almost the same. That raised concerns for me.
The work speed was extremely slow. One bed assembly alone took close to an hour, whereas previous movers have completed similar work in around 15 minutes. Because this job was charged hourly, the slow pace made the final bill even more frustrating and gave the impression that time was not being managed efficiently.
Another concern was that the movers were wearing AirPods and appeared to be on calls during the job, which I felt affected their focus and efficiency.
To make matters worse, there were damages caused at both the pickup and drop-off locations. I reported this immediately and provided photos. After repeatedly explaining my concerns, the only adjustment offered was a $50 reduction, which I do not feel was reasonable considering the excessive charge, delays, poor handling, and damage caused.
The most disappointing part has been the lack of accountability and communication afterward. Once payment was made and damages were raised, responses became limited and now I am being ignored.
I have moved many times before and never experienced such slow service, such a high charge for a relatively standard move, and damage without proper resolution. Extremely disappointing experience.Read more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Removalists
I highly recommend these guys. They helped me move my house and made the whole process completely stress-free.
Some of the furniture was quite heavy, but they handled everything with great care and efficiency. They were very cautious while moving items and made sure nothing was damaged or marked during the move including the furniture.I didn’t have to worry about anything . They took care of everything.

Highly recommend Paul Movers. They handled my move from Truganina to Wollert smoothly and professionally. The team was punctual, careful with all items, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was moved efficiently and stress-free. Great service and easy to work with.
