I used their services in December to relocate my house. I had a new expensive dining table that I had wrapped and had a moving blanket over the table. I advised the team to be careful as the table was new and expensive. They then removed the protection as they advised that they couldn’t get a grip of the table even though I was able to get a grip no problems. They put the table into the truck without any protection and I reminded them again of the table being new and expensive and I asked them to please be careful. Upon delivery they advised that it was their policy for payment at 80% of delivery of items and the table was the last item to come into the house. They brought the table in and thats when I saw the impact damage caused by them dropping it. I showed them before they left and they took images and told me to contact their boss. I have been pushed from 1 person to another to get this resolved / replaced however it has now been almost 3 months and still no resolution. They advsied me they would give me $150 to get the table repaired however when I contacted someone to repair the table they advised it would be closer to $600-$800 to repair the table however it still wouldn't look new. I went back and advised them that the money they were offering wouldn't cover the cost for the repair their team caused and they have now gone silent. The delivery guys are also efficient ,great in their and also updates when the stuff gets picked and on their arrival to both the parties.
Would surely be using them for moving services in future.
Highly recommend them to who so ever is looking to deliver /pickup /move stuff.
