DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
I used their services in December to relocate my house. I had a new expensive dining table that I had wrapped and had a moving blanket over the table. I advised the team to be careful as the table was new and expensive. They then removed the protection as they advised that they couldn’t get a grip of the table even though I was able to get a grip no problems. They put the table into the truck without any protection and I reminded them again of the table being new and expensive and I asked them to please be careful. Upon delivery they advised that it was their policy for payment at 80% of delivery of items and the table was the last item to come into the house. They brought the table in and thats when I saw the impact damage caused by them dropping it. I showed them before they left and they took images and told me to contact their boss. I have been pushed from 1 person to another to get this resolved / replaced however it has now been almost 3 months and still no resolution. They advsied me they would give me $150 to get the table repaired however when I contacted someone to repair the table they advised it would be closer to $600-$800 to repair the table however it still wouldn't look new. I went back and advised them that the money they were offering wouldn't cover the cost for the repair their team caused and they have now gone silent. Paul movers do an excellent job in terms of moving stuff.I used them twice to pick up household items (including glass )they delivered everything safely.
The delivery guys are also efficient ,great in their and also updates when the stuff gets picked and on their arrival to both the parties.
Would surely be using them for moving services in future.
Highly recommend them to who so ever is looking to deliver /pickup /move stuff.

Communication with Ajay was great from time of booking to completion of the move. The guys took great care with my belongings, were polite, friendly and well and well mennored. They did not try and over charge me either.

Moved my whole house with Paul Movers. Was so impressed with the guys skill. No space was wasted, and everything was strapped down perfectly. The guys even helped us disassemble and reassemble another bed frame that was already located inside the new move in location. Our flat screen TV also made it to the new place in one piece even though we no longer had a box for it. Thankful for the good service!
