Tony is really friendly and helpful. He's also fast response. Our piano is delivered safe and sound. Their price is reasonable. I'll definitely will contact them again if I need another removal service. Highly recommended.

In reply to your reply. Your address comes up as the same street you moved me from. You knew the address. It was a dead straight line from truck to lift, they could the best possible park! A little longer at the other end but that's the nature of units.
As I said before EXPERIENCED removalists would have been quicker. Maybe you and your other staff are but as nice as they were, the two blokes you sent were not. One even said it. He have never done removalist work before. That's not a way to run a business you tout has top notch workers.
I don't expect this review to hang around long either......

I had two big marble statues sitting on top of two pallets which were 600kg each. Many other movers failed to help me but Anthony and Andrew saw this as a challenge and managed to complete the task even though I thought it would be impossible and would need to eventually hire a crane.
I am absolutely amazed at their skills and ability to manoeuvre such heavy statues with such delicacy and precision.
I would definitely reccomend these guys if you need at heavy items rearranged! 5 stars!!

Fantastic service! The Kiwi guy on the team was an absolute legend—friendly, hardworking, and super efficient. He handled everything with care and made the whole move smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Careful Movers moved my old piano from Newtown today to rehome or recycle for me.
Anthony was great to communicate with and he and Andrew were prompt, professional and made a big job look simple. They understood that pianos are special pieces and took care throughout the whole process. Highly recommended and a great rate. Thank you 👍🏼

3rd time to use Tony and his careful movers. 2 men who though normal build were quite strong. They were polite and easy to to talk to and followed directions. Price is quite reasonable. Thanks Tony and your careful movers.
