Our entire experience with this company was frustrating- excessively long delays that spanned out over months, poor communication, rude, disrespectful customer service and when the furniture finally arrived, our brand new dining chairs were broken into pieces. The company failed to apologize for the damage and denied responsibility. When replacement chairs were finally delivered, there was damage AGAIN.
