Williamson Bros. was established as a family business in 1935 and continues in the same way today. Williamson Bros have depots in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & our head office in Kempsey. I have had more than average experience with removalists in 3 states & must share my amazing service with Williamson's, especially Damian & the women in admin , I was in a situation organising a tentative ' small' load on a fixed date then had to change to definate big load to go into storage. Damian has my immense gratitude as he re-arranged everything still with a smile. His staff picking up were respectful, courteous & very careful, oh, & very reasonable rates.

I would have given them less than one star if that was possible. YOU BE THE JUDGE. Under this new ownership I have engaged their services twice. The first time - 1/3 of the consignment of 18 galvanised poultry nesting boxes were dented and crushed. The second time a Crawford leather sofa bed was damaged in transit (see photos). It took this company almost six weeks to honour their commitment and pick it up. The sofa bed was not properly transported, and suffered broken zips and wear (holes caused by friction) in the mattress ... it was then delivered in the rain on a day that suited them but not previously discussed with us. These people demand payment up front and deny all responsibility. I have never dealt with such an irresponsible Australian business before.

Very dangerous truck driver , didn't give me way instead giving indicators for more then 10 seconds . 21 may 08:30ish pm near ballina north . Pulled over at murrliambah ampol to talk to driver and he was very aggressive and was coming to fight. I myself as a bdouble driver , will send the truck rego and my dash cam recording to Nhvr and police link. The truck is definitely not limited to 100km/hr . Tell that young driver to have some patience and show courtesy to fellow road users especially truck drivers.

Friendly reliable removal and storage company in Kempsey. Great staff, very professional to deal with. They picked up all our furniture in Sydney, and stored it for us for 6 months before delivering it to our new address. Very reasonable rates.

I used this company in March this year. It was the worst moving experience of my life. Most of my furniture was damaged to some degree from things rubbing against each other due to inadequate padding blankets.
At least two boxes of goods disappeared, including half my everyday dinner set. Boxes marked Fragile were stacked from floor to ceiling so inevitably there were a lot of breakages.
Management were totally unhelpful, suggesting I imagined I owned these things.
They may have a good team but I certainly got a very bad one.
