Fantastic work and great price 👌🏾 the quickest move we’ve had ever. The guys made everything easy for us and got to work immediately when they arrived. Wonderful communication, the team was very friendly and approachable and ensured our move was as smooth stress free as possible. Arthur and his colleague made our move so easy from beginning to end and was very helpful throughout the process. From the online quote and email communication, to on the day efficiency and expertise, it was a seamless process. We had a problem with our fridge being too wide to fit through the front door, but Arthur expertly removed the door and reinstalled it at our new location, no problem.
I would highly recommend him and his team for anyone needing to move!

Awesome service! The guys were super friendly, careful with all our stuff, and made the move so much easier than I expected. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and nothing was damaged. Really happy with how everything went — would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone moving!

I never leave bad reviews, but I feel I have to in this case. The move took over six hours for a one-bedroom apartment, even though all items were already disassembled (I even took the fridge out of the cupboard into the hallway) and only needed wrapping. While I understand the heavy rain caused some delays, this timeframe is still unreasonable. During the move, my TV, cabinet, and dining table were damaged. The table is over 25 years old and has been in my family for generations, and the other items are brand new. Despite following up for over a week, I have received no response from the company. I also checked the ASIC register and found that this business currently has a strike-off action in progress. Wish I checked before booking.

This was our first time moving houses and we were understandably anxious. We surveyed a few removalist companies and decided to go with Mr Help because they provided an official written quote, which gave us confidence and reassurance.
Initial communication with Arthur was quick and helpful. The only small hiccup was the day before the move when we called to confirm everything — that’s when questions about the lift-to-loading bay distance came up. We had mentioned in emails that items would go through the basement, so having this raised last minute made us a little nervous, especially since a ute was suggested (which we hadn’t budgeted for). Thankfully, it turned out unnecessary, and all was fine in the end.
On moving day, we were assigned Marcos and Rafael. Honestly, they were fantastic. Communication was clear, they were punctual, respectful, and extremely hardworking. They had a sense of urgency without being careless, checked in with us before moving items, and handled everything with care instead of just loading and unloading randomly.
Golden service from both of them — they definitely deserve recognition (and a good paycheck from their boss!😆). We couldn’t have asked for better movers on such a stressful day.Read more
