I had, and continue to have, a very poor experience with this company.
They stated they dismantel furniture. I told the owner I had 2 beds that needed to be dismantled. When the workers arrived and I told them they stated they didn't have any tools. I found some tools in my car and ended up dismantling the beds mostly myself, apart from 1 bolt I couldn't get out.
I requested all my furniture be taken to a storage unit, and whatever didn't fit be taken to my shipping container which is an 8 minute drive from the storage unit. Instead, they half loaded the truck and took this to the storage unit, then did a trip back to the house (15 minute drive + longer as there were roadworks), completed the load which again was a half-full truck, to take to the shipping container (17 minute drive + extra for the roadworks). Wasting time which they charged me for.
When the movers finished (or mostly finished, yet had a piano left to transport which they stated they weren't able to on that day but would do at a later date free of charge), and left, I noticed 2 alcoholic cans of drinks that were sitting on the table next to where they placed my fridge had been drunk. They left the empty cans, with the lids fully removed, on the table.
When attending the storage unit to inspect, I was extremely disappointed with how it was stacked and that this was considered 'full', justifying why they needed to do a second trip to the block.
The piano was collected days later, however the owner is refusing to return my piano to me claiming that I have underpaid them for their work. I paid the full amount I was quoted for, in cash, minus $5 (for the drinks they had drunk, yes to make a point). The owner, Adam, still has my piano in his possession and is refusing to return this. When I asked for details of his employees to provide in a report to Police he refused.
