We made a very poor decision to use Door2Door who seem to operate under a number of different names.
We suffered breakages, damaged furniture and missing items but could receive absolutely no response to our queries.
We definitely do NOT recommend this company.

Definitely don't recommend this company they have no training or loading experience. They don't have adequate furniture pads or ties. I've been in the furniture removal and freight industry for 30 years. They don't listen when they have been shown and told multiple times what has to go and what not to touch.
They don't even put any pads over furniture they throw your items in the truck and have zero care for your belongs.
This company recently did a job for a friend who had things stored at my parents place we also have them on cctv of them loading and throwing things in the truck.
They are also very rude and arrogant they have zero customer service.
