What can I say but WorldWide Customs and Forwarding Agents are brilliant!!! A person who is receiving goods on the ports should always have an agent and there is no better agent then them.
I had everything single problem or challenge occur that a person could have. It was WWCF that got me through.
But this would not have been possible, and the journey would not have happened without Vaira!!! She is the loveliest person I have ever meet. Nothing was too hard for her.
Thank you Vaira and I don't think I will ever import something again, but if I do, I will not be doing it with you and WWCFA. You are professional and the agent to go to without a joke.

I couldn't have had a better experience. I called up Worldwide customs hours before I needed clearance because of bad information and Vaira answered the phone. She was immediately trying to help and trying to be positive about the situation even though it was cutting it very fine. Everything went well and over the next few days as things got a bit complicated she was always very prompt in getting back to me and everything turned out fine. I would have been lost without her help. I will be using them for all my future needs.

WWCF has been handling all our door to door sea freight shipments out of china for years. I would definitely recommend their brokerage service also as they have a great team that communicates and provides constant updates. Thank you WWCF team

I believe thaty so often it's the people that make the difference. In this case the Lady that looked after me, Vaira, was amazing! She helped me through all I needed to know, as a first timer, and did it in such a lovely manner. Vaira helped me make the choice to use Worldwide, who were not the cheapest, during the initial call when she explained what they did, right through the delays that we experienced due to interuptions on the wharfs. Thatks Vaira, it was a great experience!
