Do not recommend this company (SYD branch, the other state offices i've spoken to were much more helpful and good with communication). Was considering using these guys for 500kg of freight but wanted to see if they could get one item right first, glad I did.
We spent many weeks just trying to speak to the Sydney office who are majorly understaffed and difficult to deal with. The process took so long that by the time our baggage got picked up (2 months after first enquiry) the airline they were going to use to move our baggage from the USA to Iceland on had stopped actually flying the route. This is all fine, but getting a straight answer out of them and getting them to return the collected baggage took another few months whilst my freight sat in the warehouse. They ended up being so slow at this I had to go and get it in person on a holiday back into Australia. It's now been a further three months and i'm still chasing a refund with zero response and false promises that 'it will be sorted soon' from all the staff, after more than ten follow up calls and emails. Total failure on all fronts that could have been avoided if they gave the slightest care about how they treat their customers.Read more

Overall a very expensive, Stressful exercise, bags went missing by the airline, communication from Jetta was slow, I ended up having to sort it out myself.

It is hard to contact them, as they rarely answer your emails and no status update, whether the suitcases have arrived at destination airport or not.

Communication with this company is a real nightmare. They don´t care about their customers at all once they receive their money. I wonder if they ever did before. I am lucky that my friend is still in Australia and she was able to called them and urged them every week, as I never get any response to my emails, which I find out really unprofessional after 2 months of waiting. In additon, they totally messed up my name and for that reason I had real difficulties to pick up my parcel. I could not even prove that the parcel belongs to me because I have never received any confirmation nor an invoice . I believe that it is not that hard to rewrite a name when they had my passport! Last, but not least, even though they told me that the price is final and they assured me that there won’t be any additional charges, I had to pay extra fee at final destination.
I definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

It Wasserman good start on phone with one guy, he also recommended that I don’t need extra insurance!!! My bike was absolutely destroyed, like a cut in half, (square wheels, hole in frame....) I flu with Qatar by the way. I tryed to contact customer service and find solution. Nobody from this company care or help me. It took them 14 day to answer me and they send me link to Qatar claim link!!! Bike coat $10.000!!!
This company don’t care about clients and they are not professional. They don’t have knowledge and experience how to deliver parcel to Europe. Also very bad customer service.
