Omg now I am angry, firstly I have got my boxes returned to Perth from Melbourne, charge me 495$ for return, only 483-490$(Price were different, I quote three times, everytime same information) to Hong Kong, Strange company, isn’t it? Then the box was return, something was missing, of course he said nothing was opened, who knows? A company that charge me different price. A company that STEAL. A company with very GOOD and PATIENT customers service. If you looking for this kind of service. Use PFS! No insurance cover too, they never tell you to buy insurance.
The staff do now read, I quote 3 times for freight and they still think I want to do illegal air freight to send dangerous goods

I dealt with [names removed by Sirelo] who handled all my questions with care, and from the start of my quote enquiry to the day my cargo arrived, if I had any questions, being the first time sending cargo unaccompanied, they were happy to assist, and questions they could not answer they referred me to appropriate areas, as they could not assist with processes overseas.
They looked at seafreight and airfreight options, and gave me the positives and negatives for each, so I can make my own decision.
I highly recommend PFS for all shipments by air or sea, as they handle all questions, before the cargo departs, and more importantly during transit and arrival if required. I was impressed with their pick up service, where the driver had there own scales on board, and all paperwork to complete, and paid all charges on the spot. The process was seamless, and being first time, was very happy and satisfied with the service - although the flight was delayed, and cargo arrived 1 day later, I cannot lay blame on PFS, as their efforts was A Grade -

It was difficult to get a concise quote and when I finally got one - when my mother took my stuff in they suggested airfreight as a cheaper option than seafreight. This was quicker but ended up being expensive because I wasn’t told there would be significant agent fees in Sth Africa and that I couldn’t deal with customs myself as was implied in the Australian side’s communications to me. On top of this, while my stuff arrived very quickly, it was all smashed, despite being packed carefully and covered in fragile stickers.
