14We spent many weeks just trying to speak to the Sydney office who are majorly understaffed and difficult to deal with. The process took so long that by the time our baggage got picked up (2 months after first enquiry) the airline they were going to use to move our baggage from the USA to Iceland on had stopped actually flying the route. This is all fine, but getting a straight answer out of them and getting them to return the collected baggage took another few months whilst my freight sat in the warehouse. They ended up being so slow at this I had to go and get it in person on a holiday back into Australia. It's now been a further three months and i'm still chasing a refund with zero response and false promises that 'it will be sorted soon' from all the staff, after more than ten follow up calls and emails. Total failure on all fronts that could have been avoided if they gave the slightest care about how they treat their customers.Read more
I definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
This company don’t care about clients and they are not professional. They don’t have knowledge and experience how to deliver parcel to Europe. Also very bad customer service.
