236The office staff was consistently unavailable and proved to be quite rude on the few occasions we were able to speak with them. Furthermore, several boxes arrived severely damaged and some items were lost. The carrier showed zero interest in resolving these issues.
Although we opted not to take out additional insurance, we would have at least expected a professional reply to our email.
