Jerry, Junior and the team who handled my move this week were AMAZING. They were professional, hard working, and so kind - they even bought me snacks after they popped out to grab their lunch. I could not be more impressed, they took away all the stress of moving and did a brilliant job. Thank you Giraffe Removals - a fantastic service

We have used Giraffe Removals a few times when moving and they have always been fantastic & help make our moving day as good as it can be. They arrive at the agreed time, they take care when moving our belongings, they are polite & easy to work with & very helpful. Jim communicated well with us from quote to the finish of the job. Ziad & his team were very professional and as usual did an outstanding job. We will use them again when we move and we recommend them to you.

Giraffe Removals are by far the worst removalist company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, lazy and unprofessional.
I booked a job for 8am Friday - they arrived 8.45am
The team were slow and lazy - moving one small 2kg box at time.
Then team were standing around on their phones and making phone calls multiple times throughout the job.
The team decided to stop and fill up for petrol on the way the next address - taking 20 mins to arrive (normally a 5 min drive away).
When I complained to the owner (Simon Thom) , he hold me they are allowed to stop and take a break (even after only working 3hrs) and he then called his the team and told them to take a further break - so they sat in their truck for another 20 min after they finally arrived at the new address.
Then it gets better.....the owner then called me to demand full payment half way through the job - requesting I pay well over what was going to be the time to complete the job. When I said I would not pay before the job is completed, the owner threatened me by telling me he would tell his team to stop work, close the truck and seize my goods that were still in their truck. Stupidly I agreed to then pay the full amount up until a time that seemed reasonable. However, once that time ticked over the team then made sure all my goods were out of the truck and on the side walk, then closed up their truck and drove off, leaving me to move the remainder of my items - large desks, couches and tables! What a joke of a company. Learn how to offer a service Simon. You should not be in business. If I could give you minus stars I would have! -10,000 stars for you Simon.Read more

Impeccable service - a team of 3 moved a household of 4 adults / 3 bdrm house (no appliances) in under 4 hours. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Nothing but positive from my experience. From an onsite inspection of our unit for a quote, we moved a 2 bedder + garage to a suburb 30 min away. Our settlement got cancelled at the last minute on a Friday, and luckily we could rebook the removalists on the following Tuesday.
Removalists were professional, quick, and really did an impressive tight pack / Tetris in the truck.
Removal cost was also pretty cheap for the amount we had.
Would definitely recommend.

Best removals experience I could have wished for. I was so anxious about all the moving parts of our moving day but the quick and professional guys did such an incredible job. Such lovely people , from Jim on the phone initially getting the quote to the guys on the ground moving us, so lovely, thankyou! Almost makes me want to move again! Real people doing really good work.
