I don't normally write reviews but I had to share our recent amazing experience with Surfside Removalists. We organised a standard residence move from the Central Coast to the Sydney area. From the first call to the actual move day, their communication was far better than any previous experiences we've had using removalists. Surfside organised a specialist 1 hour after the initial call to inspect and quote on our move. After that, we were constantly updated with important information, making the actual move a very positive experience. They even organised 4 removalists and 2 trucks to ensure all our contents and plants fit into the trucks. The move day was a total success, but what happened afterwards was above and beyond. The following day (Saturday) we called Surfside as we needed to organise an urgent pick-up of furniture left in the Central Coast property (the purchaser decided 1 day before settlement they didn't want leftover furniture, as per our original verbal agreement). Surfside immediately came to the rescue and organised 2 removalists to pick up and dispose of 4 tonnes worth of contents. This was done at cost and a minor fee for the removalists. If it wasn't for Surfside, we would have been forced to delay settlement, with hefty penalties imposed. We cannot thank Surfside and their staff enough for their amazing customer service, professionalism and can do attitude. We would highly and strongly recommend them to anyone needing removalists. We went with Surfside Removers and they were absolutely worth every single cent of the price quoted. The unlimited boxes they provided made a massive difference in getting us packed up and ready to go.
Gary and the guys (sorry, we forgot the names of the other two!) were incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and a absolute pleasure to work with. They went well above and beyond, placing our furniture exactly into the rooms we wanted—including tackling the upstairs rooms without hesitation.
Moving can be incredibly overwhelming, but they made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful for me, my grandmother, and my autistic nephew. Honestly, the literal moving day turned out to be the least stressful part of our whole move thanks to their care and attitude. If you want a hard-working team that genuinely cares about their customers, book these guys.

I used Surfside Removals to move from the north end of the Central Coast to an apartment at Gosford. I received a competitive, fixed price quote. The team showed up on time, were courteous and very helpful and took great care of my belongings. They even dealt with the lift breaking down, delivering the last few items by walking up six flights of stairs! Great job.

Based on my recent move from Sydney to the Central Coast, I couldn't have been any more impressed than I was, and I'm more than happy to recommend the services of Surfside Removals. From the first call with Sue, to meeting Andrew when he called in to quote, to the actual moving day, the team inspired confidence and trustworthiness. After meeting with Andrew, I actually cancelled the two other removalists who were arranged to come to quote, and I went with my gut instinct, to accept his quote. I'm glad I did.
On the day, Gary and his team were absolutely phenomenal - punctual, efficient, good humoured and professional. They went above and beyond in loading up some very large potted plants that they squeezed onto the truck for me. Nothing was too much trouble, and a potentially stressful day was actually made pleasant.

Great team of 5 workers did a great job in moving us. They had three trucks and were so caring in moving out and moving in. highly recommend. They gave a set price up front and worth every penny.

My daughter and her husband moved from Seven hills to Central Coast 3 trucks 6 young men .
They where fast professionals and so polite.
They did an amazing job.
They where also funny which helps.
When they arrived at the Central Coast 3 more young men arrived to help also polite and professional.
Can't praise them enough.
