#StarCity refused to deliver our goods until the extra money was paid.
#On delivery, we inspected and took a photo of the trucks contents and this did not reflect the volume which the company had alleged we had moved. #Delivery was delayed by 1 day ( agreed pickup 11/03/24 and agreed drop off 12/03/2024)
#StarCity told us that the truck had broken down in Canberra but when we greeted the delivery team in Southbank they informed us that they had driven straight down from Sydney
#Our goods sustained a number of aspects of damage plus some loose items have simply gone missing. #Submitted an insurance claim to StarCity ([email protected]) and informed we will have to wait 14-30 days for a result of our claim)
# I requested a location of their truck, as they state they have 24 hour tracking on their vehicles. The sales account manager simply refused to tell me where the truck was.
