It was a difficult 'Uplift', not in terms of getting from our place, but a really challenging delivery venue. Everything had to be pushed up two steep levels to reach the lift (terrible building design!) but the team of four stuck with it. Best of all, they always had a smile and a positive approach. It was done by lunch time. Great job at a fair price...

Seamless transition would be a drastic understatement!
My end to end experience with this fine organisation has been nothing short of first rate.
Absolutely diamond quality service, brilliant phone support in quoting, booking / scheduling, confirmation and pre+post sales support.
Professionalism, courtesy and efficiency being three applicable descriptives of every interaction with each involved team member.
The three staff who actioned the relocation on the day were extremely proficient and managed all relevant tasks with pure expertise and precision in the most timely manner - I could have prepared and served the team a five course lunch afterwards and we still would have completed everything quicker than I had anticipated.
If I were thinking up a slogan for this group, my initial discussions around the water cooler may be
“On time, under budget, EVERY time”

We recently hired Richard Mitchell Removals to relocate our office. The team were incredible - they were punctual, organised, incredibly fast and efficient. They packed up our entire office loaded the truck and had everything unloaded (and desks etc installed) in just over 3 hours. Granted we only had a small office (approx 89sqm) and we were not moving far but it was still incredibly impressive. The team were highly professional and I would have no issue in recommending Richard Mitchell Removals to anyone looking for a great team to manage their move.

Alex and Lee were professional, courteous, friendly and took care with my furniture. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Boxes were labelled and stored in the 2 and a half hours as they predicted. They took care with the house walls - no scratches, and of each other - heavy items were moved by the two of them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The removalists worked hard all day to get our furniture safely from metro SA to the Yorke Peninsula in one day. Friendly staff and excellent care taken with our furniture. Highly recommended.

Brad and Craig worked tirelessly from their 6:30AM arrival until the last box delivered safely 300km away at 5:30PM. Eleven gruelling hours in 44°C! They were incredible! In and out of the truck and shipping containers in the hottest part of the day. Nothing was too much trouble. They packed and unpacked the truck with professionalism and respect for us and our belongings. They made what could have been a highly stressful day, into an efficient and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
Thanks too, to Dan for liaising with us around the dates and making sure things went as smoothly as possible.
