The whole process was superb. Boxes, tape and paper supplied before move. Staff member was friendly, courteous and professional.
Communication was excellent. Calls to confirm date and time as well as calls day before and on arrival.
The removal crew were the best I've ever used. Polite, uniformed, respectful of belongings and property.
Approachable and chatty providing ease of mind.
Extremely capable and fast.
The whole process was seamless.
I highly recommend Richard Mitchell for your removal needs.
Do yourself a favour. In my opinion this whole organisation is the best.
I've moved many times throughout life. Used supposedly the best big companies. Used small ones as well.

Fabulous experience. Reliable with time of arrival. Great communication. Everything arrived in good condition (I’m remote - desert area) and the guys worked fast and efficient to load and unload (in crazy hot weather, narrow and uneven entrances, and the worst kind of red dirt to drive and walk through). Would highly recommend.

Richard Mitchell removals has been recommended to me by my friend. The team was fantastic and the move to our new country home went without any stress. They’re really good workers, very professional and thorough, not a scratch on the furniture! Or the walls/ floors! I cannot be happier and what could’ve been a very challenging event turned out to be much easier than expected.
