Fox relocation is the worst thing we have ever dealt in our live.
We've booked them for our move. They quoted us $1000 which will cover everything for 2-bedroom unit.
And the worst happened while making the payment. They charged us $2300!!! saying they have arranged 4 persons to do this job which we never asked them for.
We have refused to pay $2300. We only agreed to pay $1200 which is more then what we've been quoted initially and paid $1200.
Then what they did is absolutely horrendous which anyone could ever think of. Removalist guys stopped unloading our stuff. They took away our stuff to the old address and dump them in the street. It was raining heavily. All our staff including bed, mattress, TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave, pedestal fan and more got damaged in rain.
We have made numerous phone calls to customer service and the removalist driver. No one picked our call that night.
My kids slept on the floor because the mattress was soaked in rain. My kids had no food as they were all spoiled sitting in the rain on the street.
And 2 Days later they charged us again for $1000 without communicating with us.
Now Fox Relocation harassing us to pay a $3000 bill for the service they never provided to us. This is unfair. Fox Relocation has no consideration of what they did to us.

ALERT!!! Dont use this company they are liars they are dodgie I paid in full prior to my interstate move and they sent a unroadworthy truck which had bold tyres parts of the floor inside the truck was damaged in saying this the truck when it rained when the staff were loading my belongings all got wet.
So I called the company to tell them to send another truck. So they did and it was smaller to what I had paid for.It also had a damaged tyre which was split. The company then demanded another $5k. Long story short they held my stuff at ransom and extortion demanding i pay for there fuck up.
There is more to this...
On arrival in qld the driver demanded i pay him an extra $1k in cash and if I didn't pay up they would unload and so on....
My belongings were damaged and till this day im missing belongings and now left with broken items and lost goods. And out of pocket for there shit service. The company has not compiled to customers satisfaction and also dont give a shit about what they did.
Taking this further. They will be black listed for what they did to me.
Yes police and authorities are involved.
I dont want anyone to go through what I've been though mentally and emotionally have really made this move a living hell.

A very bad experience. 2 totally inexperienced movers, didn’t even know how to turn a chair sideways to get it through a door way. No regard for WHS precautions. One staggering up a small fight of stairs with a chair wearing very flimsy sneakers with the laces undone. Cost $504 for less than 1 room of furniture, 20 minute trip; 3 things damaged: damage to my home when they ‘rocked’ a heavy chair through a door way deeply scratching the door frame and knocking a considerable amount of paint off; and goodness knows what damage to the electrical mechanics of the chair. Almost 1/2 the things left outside. NEVER AGAIN!
