If there is a one star, I would choose one star. In NOV 2023, the remover accidentally damage the piano foot pedal during moving, the pedal was completely broken off. The remover gave us the owner detail and claim that within 10 business days, someone will contact us and take care of the damage. However, we never receive any call or email throughout Nov and X'mas. After the holiday, we sent an email to follow up in 8 Jan 2024, and again no respond. Few days ago, we called directly again to the owner, who pick up the phone and tell us to message him the booking detail and he will response soon. However, we never received any reply back!!! This cost us almost $500 and the service is ridiculous bad, irresponsible and unprofessional.
