John came to the house and gave us a price to move us (for 6 hour trip and 4 bedroom 2 bath house), which we accepted as we had had comparable prices. John was upfront and clear, giving us an all inclusive price (easy to be fooled by prices when GST and insurance is added to the price later).
Brett, Colin and Billy arrived on time (7am) and worked non-stop until they had the 65cm truck loaded and ready to go at 11.00am. All the chaps were professional, yet friendly and polite and ever so hard working.
The next day at 7am (on the other side) Colin and Billy off-loaded, and were finished offloading by 11.30am (having placed the furniture where we wanted it). They are delightful chaps and we all sat on the deck having a cuppa; it was so nice : )
The staff at Linden do the firm proud, and this theme seems to run through the company. Thank you Guys!
PS Yes we are so happy here and I must add that having such a positive 'move' experience, adds to the pleasant early memories of our 'new' home. It could have been an opposite experience which would have put a damper on everything, but it did not, and we are so happy! : )Read more

Thanks to Brett, Colin and Billy who moved my elderly parents from Port Macquarie to Canberra yesterday.
Their professionalism and kindness made a very unsettling time much more bearable.
They were cheerful and efficient and we were amazed at how quickly everything was loaded and then unloaded.

Exceptional service. Linden removalists arrived at the agreed time, very careful of my furniture, worked so fast and are worth every cent. Just brilliant. I have used their service twice, family once to Sydney and my son used them just recently. I would recommend Linden without question.

This company is a disgrace! They moved my father from Cathie to Brisbane. On the day Peter was unprofessional and rude! Dad even gave him a $50 tip to cheer the cranky so and so up! They delivered Dads belongings to a storage shed. Upon visiting his storage shed today we have discovered damage to furniture and the pad lock just sitting on the ground, securing AIR! Although we could not see all the furniture/boxes to see what other damage has been caused, what we did see was distressing! A broken dressing table leg (that my late grandfather made) and deep scratches down an antique bed side table - caused by what appears to be forcing the roller door shut, as it was no easy task to open! Heavy recliners on boxes marked fragile! The blatant disrespect and treatment of my Dads belongings is atrocious!!! If moving peoples treasured possessions is an inconvenience to you PETER and your team I suggest you get a new career! The damage we saw could have been avoidable if you used your brain and common sense! Now it’s a waiting game to see what other damage you have caused!
