Highly recommended removalist. From the start when quoted by Jamie, he made us feel very comfortable & reassured us they would be there & nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately we had to change the date last minute & they made sure all would be ok. Then we had the pleasure of dealing with Josh & the team Lewis & Glen to move us, Josh made sure everything was done in a timely manner & they were very professional & careful. The care they took & the communication was amazing. Josh & the team are an asset to the company. We would not hesitate is using them again & will recommend them to family and friends.

Nothing was too much trouble. They handled both the heavy stuff and the delicate items with real care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Communication was clear from start to finish, pricing was fair, and the whole job was done faster than I expected. Moving is usually stressful, but they made it feel easy.

This experience started out well. I felt that this removal company would have to be good, being as it was the most expensive one that I requested a quote from.
At no point did the office request to come out to inspect the potential load.
When the truck arrived, the guys were fabulous. We had already packed the smaller items into boxes, and had them stacked in our carport to be loaded onto the truck. The rest of the furniture was a fairly normal load for a 3 bedroom home, minus the lounge suite, dining set and a queen bed, which I had given away.
Our truck driver started to get concerned, as apart from having to pick up kids from school, which is extremely important (speaking as a grandmother). they were starting to run out of room in the truck. They did help us to load excess items into the trailer that we had borrowed. But he commented also, that the office had not done a site inspection, which may have alerted him, that he may run out of space.
Thankfully, he had a plan B for the kids, and they had another couple of very nice guys come to help with the unload.
I have heard nothing further from the office, apart from the invoice, and they certainly didn't miss us there. I feel this is not good business practice, and they should follow up with clients to see how it all went.
Never again! Next time we will go the cheaper option. Because if we are going to be treated this poorly, I rather do it on the cheap.Read more

Nathan, Leni, and Mark did a fantastic job! It was a big move, difficult access, and a lot of furniture. They made it look easy, and kept in contact with me the entire time to ensure it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Optimove as the company of choice.

Frontline Removals and Storage were absolutely fantastic, from the start of the process right through to the very end. Great sales service, great communication, on time, everything as promised. On the pick up day, they were efficient, careful with all our property and incredibly professional. Upon delivery (which was 4 weeks later), they were exactly the same with all our property returned in excellent condition, and with the same special care. They even looked after and maintained our pot plants whilst in storage. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic, stress free service. Thanks guys! Dave and Leanne.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME I can’t emphasize enough how fantastic this removal was completed with Front Line Removals AKA Port Removals. All the folks associated with the move were fantastic. Every item was carefully wrapped or boxed stored safely on the the truck & arrived at the interstate address in tact with nothing broken or damaged . I have to give a particular shoutout to Jamie Carter from Port Removals who arranged & orchestrated movements & logistics as well as loading the truck. There were a number of awkward heavy items however nothing was a trouble to the removalists at collection or dropoff. Jamies attention to every detail especially customer satisfaction was without equal. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them highly enough.
