Simon and his team really went above and beyond to make my move as stress free and easy as possible. They were so easy to get along with and nothing was too difficult for them. I moved from a house into a one bedroom apartment and they even helped me with how to place the furniture in the best way for the space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I’ll definitely use them for any future moves!

Booked for 7am for my 75yr old mother and confirmed, they didn’t turn up. Had her in tears she had to be out of the house on settlement day. And they didn’t show, no phone call and just avoided all our calls, text and emails. Avoid these cowboys at all cost. I posed as a client wanting a quote and he finally returned my call, with some babbling rubbish excuse, obviously a better job came up and they didn’t bother to tell my mum. We Spent the day trying to find last minute removalists, cost a fortune. They nearly put my mother in her grave AVOID AT ALL COST

Simon and his team are wonderful. They are true problem solvers! Very friendly, efficient, reliable, full of great advice and flexible. I was moving a mixture of fragile items, textiles and furniture and it all happened so smoothly. I engaged his team of packers too and the packing materials. Everything and everyone arrived when promised and got on with it calmly, no fuss and fast! This company truly does what it says it is going to do and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Incredible effort today from Simon and the team at Giraffe Removals. Booking the job in was easy and communication was clear from start to finish. The crew arrived on time and had no issues safely taking my items down the stairs. Team was helpful, friendly and polite and I really appreciate the can do attitude. Will definitely be using this company again. Thank you for making the day less stressful!
