We had them out for our second time moving using them. The guys they sent out were great st the beginning. Loaded the truck up no problems, delivered no problems except they dropped our 75inch tv but it still seemed to work. They went back to move the last few items that didn't fit on the first load. They tore the vinyl floor in 2 places, one trying to manoeuvre the fridge, the other trying to walk a buffet off the wall. They didn't let me know about either tears, they broke my sons cabinet which they left wrapped in cling wrap but didnt say anything. They swept their truck leaving all the mess on the driveway and this was while dragging their feet and dragging the 2nd part out to make a full day.
I raised it with the management in email and photos, they said they will get back to me but hadn't, I also followed up with phone call and got the run around someone will be in touch response.
After 1st move I would have recommended but after this move I wouldn't recommend them at all. Their ability to look at or help fix a problem they created is no existent.
Note.. after getting an email back conveniently after posting this they have basically said oh well and that the tears should be considered general wear and tear with the real estate. If I coukd give no stars I would. I woukd not recommend or use this company again!Read more

We had Junior and Oma from Brilliance Removals and honestly, they were outstanding. They were quick, incredibly strong and treated all of our furniture as if it were their own. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with care and respect.
I’ve moved many times over the years and can confidently say these two are by far the best removalists I’ve ever had. Professional, efficient and genuinely hardworking. Highly recommend asking for Junior and Oma if you’re moving, absolute legends 💪🚛✨

I recently moved house and I had the best team working for me. I had John, Renan and Edson and when they came into my home they were unstoppable. They provided the best service and John was an awesome team leader to liaise with. He was so informative and very happy with every instruction I gave him. The team worked really effect and efficiently. They provided me with timings and provided me with the best service. They were overall amazing at their job and I was very impressed with both the packing and the transportation of my items! There was no damage to any of my items and they were handled with care. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you for all your hard work guys!

Fast and efficient service. John & Diego were on time & very careful when offloading my gear. Helping move heavy items like fridges etc to where I needed them was a huge help. Highly recommended.

From the initial contact with Eddy at Brilliance Removalists, everything was extremely easy & professional. Eddy was very informative about the whole process and was happy to answer any questions & concerns we had . On the day our house was being packed into the container, Junior and Diego arrived punctually and proceeded to get on with job at hand, which involved A LOT of furniture into the container which they did methodically, using their experience to know what went where and when to utilise every single inch of space. They were incredible and went above and beyond our expectations. This included an extraordinary difficult task of moving a huge double door fridge from an upstairs kitchen, manoeuvring it expertly through a very small gap and down a flight of stairs!! Junior and Diego managed to fit furniture into one container, when other companies had said we’d need 2! There rates are also very reasonable . Would highly recommend Brilliance if you’re planning on moving!! Thank guys!!!Read more

Absolutely amazing job by the team. They saved us at the last moment when another company (CBD Movers) cancelled on us on the day of our move. They arrived on time, with all the right gear to protect our belongings (including mattresses, tvs and tables). They also disassembled and reassembled furniture as required.
Thanks to Diego, Rafael, Junior and Omar for such professional work. You really made our move stress free.
