Take note. The worst moving experience of my life, causing real damage. Make sure to read their consistent 1-star reviews. I asked for a quote from Unique and Smooth Movers, and proceeded to cancel that quote. On the day of my move -- booked with another great company -- two extremely unprofessional removalists arrived at my house. They broke my mattress and a cupboard, yelling at me they were already broken when I raised it. It turns out they were the Unique and Smooth Movers removalists, who'd been sent by mistake and just happened to arrive before the company I'd paid.
When I showed them the trail of emails that demonstrated I had rejected the quote, they became extremely abusive to the point neighbours had to step in. Their truck was physically damaged - it literally had a hole in the side of it. When I called the company to complain, they acknowledged the mistake and apologised genuinely. They promised to cover the damage via their insurance. However, after I sent them photos they consistently ignored me and my phone number is now blocked. I was a bit hesitant to book with this company initially after reading the mixed reviews. However, they did a phenomenal job, they were on time, efficient, no mucking around and didn’t say no to any requests. They really handled all items with care, and ensured the items were wrapped really well. Would highly recommend them for your Removalist needs. They wasted no time during transit as well, between our delivery from Glenmore Park to Merrylands. Great job guys!

Today, I hired these guys for moving my furniture. They were responsible and careful with all of my stuff. They understanded very nicely and didn’t gave me any kind of stress. My experience was great with these guys so highly recommend you to contact them for moving any kind of your stuff.

Chandan and his team is super amazing. They are super helpful, friendly and professional.
They managed to finish whole work in just 3 hours. Charged me very reasonable amount, others companies quoted me two times of their charges, so thanks again guys. I will definitely use you again. Thanks 👍

Their pricing is best in the market and the level of service is also excellent. All my stuff AC fridge TV washing machine and crockery reached without a scratch. Thank you so much for such a wonderful service. We highly recommend it to everyone…
