AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
They are unprofessional and extremely rude. They demand extra money when they arrive at your premises, whinging that the job is bigger than described over the phone.
They turned up to move my pool table with no tools, had to borrow mine. To make matters worse, they screwed 2 of the legs the wrong way round. By the time I realised they were gone.
They refused to return to fix saying that the legs will be ok as it is.
Big fat 0 from me

If I could give zero stars, I would.
The three men who came to move my pool table were unfriendly, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. They chipped the paint on my garage floor with their trolley, pretended like nothing happened, and refused to dismantle my 9-foot table at pickup, insisting they could manage the stairs as is. Of course, once we arrived at the office, they admitted the stairs were too steep and suddenly demanded an extra $400 to dismantle it after all.
During reassembly, they complained constantly—calling the table a “fake Chinese knock-off,” saying the felt was too old and the wood too cheap. Not only is that rude and uncalled for, but it also shows a lack of respect for their customers’ property. At the end, they tried to tack on another $140 for GST—never mentioned up front—bringing the total to a ridiculous $1540.
To make matters worse, I later noticed they even put the Olhausen sign on the wrong side of the table. For a so-called professional service, this was a nightmare from start to finish.Read more

Harrison so helpful, nice guy and his partner, they come on time, honesty, strong guys. They put several layers of curtain to protect my goods before moving. Job is completed on tme. Appreciate their service.

Dealing with these guys was easy from the start. Quick pick up time and Joe and Fidel were amazing. The access at my house was not easy, they did not complain and found a solution. Phenomenal service - highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Clear communication, went above and beyond to ensure items were protected in transit and at a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Joe and Matt and would use again she the needs arise.
