When the owner was contacted he initially offered $170 off as way of apology however after we inspected the damage to the bed more carefully we realised the bed was irreparable and have asked to action an insurance claim through his buisness, since then he had told us he was overseas and would get back to us upon his return,(he has left the country for good), as such he is asking for more money to replace the bed from marketplace that is not the same.
Would not recommend.
