414At the very end, I tried to contest the bill. The owner couldn't budge, straight out disagreed with what I was saying and then the two guys stood over me demanding payment. It was very intimidating. Their payment machine kept crashing and they were getting frustrated and making me feel very uncomfortable in my own home as they were getting annoyed.
Can it get worse....YES!
We start sorting out our house and through the nest day. Find grubby stains all over our beautiful cream cotton couch (that they didn't wrap), our fabric lamp, tore our headboard, our washing machine was BROKEN!!! AND IT FLOOODED THE WHOLE APARTMENT! and to top it off. They'd left a part of our bed in the truck and I had to spend two hours going back and forth with the manager as he didn't seem to beleive me. Turns out, they forgot that too.
Ridiculous service. No follow up and apology after one month.Read more
