Have had Jack help me move multiple times and i’m always blown away by his professionalism and work ethic. He consistently performs above the level i would expect and i’m always super impressed. Can’t recommend highly enough !

Noosa Van Lines moved my son’s goods, breaking an expensive dresser that cost more than the move itself. The driver said he would report it back to head office and some compensation would be provided or the amount owing could be wiped. This was never done and Noosa Van Lines continued contacting my son chasing up the balance owing on the move.
They then have the audacity to use a debt collector to chase the amount and still refuse to acknowledge that they broke belongings valued at more than the move itself. In their response they actually said “we note you didn’t take out insurance” basically trying to wipe their hands of it.
Would absolutely not recommend unless you want your expensive items broken and no responsibility taken.

I’m leaving this review later than intended due to a serious accident that left me hospitalized and unable to properly oversee the work completed by Noosa Van Lines.
I chose this company based on its strong reputation and paid a premium for a full packing and unpacking service. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the job had been subcontracted to two separate companies—Ron Wilson for the Melbourne to Brisbane leg, and Seltrans Transport for the Brisbane to Gold Coast portion—without any prior notice or consent.
When I contacted Noosa Van Lines about several missing boxes, I was told that the staff member who had managed my booking had left the company and erased their records, leaving no documentation of my move. As a result, a number of my valued personal belongings are now unaccounted for.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience, particularly given the level of service I expected and paid for. The only positive aspect was the service provided by Ron Wilson Transport, where there were no breakages.Read more

Very happy with our experience. We had a few moving parts and needed some advice and Noosa Van Lines were great. Everyone we dealt with were eager to solve the few problems we had, a big thanks to Jules in the office. We will continue to use their storage service as well. Highly recommend for that stressful move.

When it came time to move from Castaways Beach to Brisbane, we started searching for a removalist we could truly trust. One phone call to Noosa Van Lines and we knew we’d found the right team.
From the very first conversation with Jules, the owner, it felt less like a business transaction and more like talking to a friend who genuinely cared. That warmth and personal touch continued throughout the entire process.
Communication was outstanding from start to finish—clear, regular updates and every question answered promptly. The whole experience felt surprisingly calm and effortless.
On uplift day, Dan, Harry, Wylie and Matt arrived right on time. They were polite, respectful, and packed the container with impressive care and precision.
Four days later in Brisbane, Jack and Archie arrived exactly when promised—again, courteous, professional and careful as they unpacked everything perfectly.
What really set Noosa Van Lines apart was knowing our belongings stayed securely in the same container from pickup to delivery. No unloading into storage, no extra handling—just one sealed container for the entire journey. That gave us incredible peace of mind and virtually eliminated any risk of damage or loss.
Interestingly, when friends heard we were moving and asked who we’d chosen, every single one lit up when we said Noosa Van Lines. They all had nothing but great things to say—which says everything about their reputation.
We cannot recommend Jules and her wonderful team highly enough. If you’re moving and want a removalist that treats you (and your belongings) like family, look no further than Noosa Van Lines.

Competitive pricing, excellent service and no surprises. Took extra care with my stuff compared to other removalists - even wrapped timber furniture in blankets. Will definitely use them again if I move back to Noosa.
