Ordered a lounge from Adelaide store. Adelaide store Arranged to have Duells pick up and deliver to Naracoorte on a Monday . By Wednesday had heard nothing. I rang Duells , spoke to young lady who stated, we only received details on Monday. Too late for delivery on that Monday. It was then arranged to be delivered following Monday. Excellent. I rang Duells on the Monday for approximate time of delivery , this woman was rude, stated short of staff, so no delivery that Monday. But they had the lounge in mount gambier for delivery . I explained that it had been arranged for that Monday. She said no can’t do it. I was upset as it was now over a week of when it should have been delivered. She stated it’s only furniture , so not urgent. Message on my phone , stating delivery would be Wednesday, this week. 03/12/25. I rang Wednesday to check possible delivery time. She informed me that Adelaide store had cancelled delivery ???? I was shocked as last time I spoke to her , Wednesday as they had lounge in mount gambier. Rang Adelaide store , they were shocked knew nothing about cancelling.
( The final decision was another transport from mount gambier South West freight , was contacted. Delivered the lounge after pick up 03/12/25 from Adelaide and delivered Thursday 04/12/2025 to naracoorte ) I again contacted Adelaide store and asked , where the lounge was, as Duells said they had it in mount gambier The older woman who stated to myself the lounge was in mount gambier had admitted to Adelaide store , that they had not picked up the lounge from Adelaide at all. She lied and did not tell the truth.Read more

communication was poor, invoicing was wrong, complained about locks to storage units not working properly several times...not fixed and they demanded a 2 week written notice when vacating unit which I think is ludicrous when you're paying month to month. (rental properties only have to give 1 week notice).some sofa cushions ripped during moving. the only positives, workers friendly and punctual.

Very impressed with Duells for how easy they made everything. Jeremy and Linc were so helpful and so easy to get along with. They communicated really well and made the process so smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

I don't even want to give one star. My things got delivered in to a storage unit. I started unloading today and just cried. All my furniture is ruined. 2 large beautiful clocks broken, a dressing table leg snapped clean off and put back on with 2 screws. You can see the break on the beautiful curved leg and the ugly screws used to put it clumsily back on! The only thing to do is burn it! They never even bothered to tell me. My fridge that wasn't even 2 years old, all dented and bulging down the side where they stacked heavy things on top. My display cabinets ruined, bedside cabinets, cupboards, tv cabinet, all ruined, wardrobes, beds all ruined! Thousands of dollars to replace. I still have more to unload from the storage unit and I just don't have the heart to see anymore of my things broken and damaged. Not the first removalists I've used. Definitely 💯 the worst. Do not use. Do not recommend.

I had a great experience using Duell's for my move from Adelaide to Mount Gambier! Amber was a superstar and a real trooper with all my questions and requests! The removalists Chase and Lachie were absolute legends and got everything sorted swiftly and carefully! I will definitely be reusing Duell's for my next move! Thank you so much to the whole team!!

Had our move from the Mount back to Adelaide completed today, Many thanks to Chance & Heath, who both did an outstanding job. Professional, hard working, and just good blokes. This is the third time we've used Duell's, from the girls at the office (Amber & Kira) to the different crew who've helped us, a massive thank you.
