Bay removals helped move us from Tura beach into our new house in Moruya and they were amazing! We had zero stress and they were great with price. They were very professional and we couldn’t recommend them high enough if you’re looking for a removalist definitely hit them up. We appreciated how quick they were to fit us in with such short notice when it came to our move. 😊

Broken bookcase, the back ripped off my washing machine. At least they found the missing piece. I would not use them again.

Would not recommend this business as we had an extremely stressful unprofessional & dismal experience. Many of our prised possessions were either missing or damaged. Turned up with their children under 12yrs of age to unpack after we paid over $1000 to do so . Running through the house & jumping in & out of my brand new boat.
After complaining to Jo the so called manager she was rude & no help at all , basically told us to go through insurance but most of my wife’s belongings we did not have receipts for or were purchased yrs ago .
All up we’re about 8 grand out of pocket with most of the losses we can’t reclaim or replace.
After 7 weeks we are still waiting for several expensive items to be delivered to us that they left behind.
Very poor service, bullying tactics & disrespectful

A very poor customer service experience. One of the truck drivers hit my car while driving across the Anzac Bridge in Sydney. Very minor but unsettling none the less. The driver continued to drive so we were unable to change details, so I called their office to sort everything out. The receptionist (Lyn) told me I was lying, it was my word agains their drivers and that she would tell her manager but nobody would be calling me back. An unbelievable experience over what didn’t need to be a stressful experience. After 4 calls and 3 emails to the company, I never heard back.
