Had an onsite quote done but not all items were ticked off on the check list as he was busy chatting to us. This came to light on pick up day when the boys said things were not on the list. Managed to get hold of the guy who had done the quote and he admitted he had missed some things. He said to me he would tell the boys to take everything I had. 6 plants and a mirror did not fit on the truck and it was arranged that they would be collected next time they were in town. There was no mention of an additional charge. The final invoice came with an additional charge of $495 still without declaring this to me which I paid without realising it at the time. When I later queried it they took 3 weeks to look into it and never rang me. I had to ring them 4 times. On my last call to them they had put a note on my file claiming I had put more on the truck than i had indicated when the quote was done. They refused to give me a refund and waited until I called them to find this out. Very disappointing to say the least. Use them if you dare.Read more

I recently moved from Sydney to Moruya. This was my first time moving so it was a new experience for me. Denny was very helpful in organising a quote on a Sunday and finding a day to get my things relocated. Maddie and Amy in the office gave clear communication on when pick up and drop off would be. Blake was so polite when picking up my things and everything was handled well and I didn’t feel any of the boxes were thrown around. Mark and his colleague then brought everything in on the other end and put my bed together with no issues.
I was super happy with my experience and would absolutely use Bay Removals again. Thanks all for making my move so easy and at such a reasonable cost.

Bay removals helped move us from Tura beach into our new house in Moruya and they were amazing! We had zero stress and they were great with price. They were very professional and we couldn’t recommend them high enough if you’re looking for a removalist definitely hit them up. We appreciated how quick they were to fit us in with such short notice when it came to our move. 😊
