I would absolutely recommend John Bull Removals without any hesitation. Brian turned up to give me a quote at the exact time he said he would, thoroughly explained their services and was a pleasure to deal with.
On the day of the move the truck arrived at the time expected and they took great care getting into my very difficult driveway, busy main road with a low tree one side, faultlessly done.
Tim and Will were extremely careful, organised, polite and just good blokes, it's easy to know, instantly, people who actually care about what they do, and they did.
Then came the next mission, moving all of my possessions into the new place, this i was worried about due to it being a top floor unit (3rd floor), with no lift.
I need not have worried, another superb job, carefully done, and given some of the items they had to lug up those stairs, i was extremely impressed.
Peace of mind is what you need when you go through the stress of moving and they provided it.

John Bull Removals made our move so easy, Brian made time to come to our house to provide a quote on the day we contacted them and he went above and beyond to ensure we could move on the day we wanted to. The team on the day were outstanding, so efficient and respectful - they were literally the best part of the move! Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend the team at John Bull Removals highly enough. Simply saying 'thank you' doesn't feel like enough.
We had booked another removal company (one we had used before), but on the morning of our move they informed us they wouldn't arrive until 2:00 pm, despite having been advised a week earlier that settlement was at 1:00 pm. Their response... 'Oh sorry — our bad.'
With stress levels already through the roof, someone suggested I call John Bull. From the moment Vivian answered the phone, I knew she genuinely cared. She made no promises other than to call me back within 10 minutes — and that's exactly what she did.
In an incredibly short amount of time and at very short notice, Vivian arranged for an empty truck to come to our home. She also organised Nathan and Dylan to head straight to us after they had already loaded another truck.
What an amazing team. Not only did they rescue what could have been a disastrous day, but they also had us fully loaded with just three minutes to spare before settlement. To say we are grateful would be a huge understatement.

We have now used John Bull several times for various family members' moves. Each time the guys have been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, making a potentially stressful time that much easier. We've had no breakages or damage to our furniture and possessions. The packing service is fantastic, and Bryan and Vivien very helpful in organising everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending John Bull Removals.

Couldnt recommend the team more highly. We used John Bull to remove, store, and then deliver our furniture. Highly responsive, were ‘yes’ people and stepped in to help with two unexpected tasks, and generally super easy to deal with. Would use again.

Absolutely fantastic service from John Bull Removal and Storage (we used the removal and the storage services). They arrived on time at both ends, were efficient (so kept the cost down for us) respectful of the property and just made our whole move so much easier. Ed and Liam in particular were fantastic with no request too difficult. Highly highly recommend.
