Very professional, punctual and efficient. No damage and no stress.
I pre-moved most of the small items and boxes before the move day, so when the guys arrived I got a coffee whilst they moved all of the heavy furniture. Could have skipped this step and added not much extra time, just more boxes.
It was 6 hours for a move from an apartment in the CBD with a slow elevator to a 3-bed 2-bath 30 minutes away, very reasonable I think.
There are cheaper options, but I don't believe many would provide the same quality of work, insurance over all property and transparency as Complete Removals.

Fantastic company! From my first enquiry through to moving day, the service was brilliant. They were slightly more expensive than the other two quotes I received, but I had been referred to them and felt confident after such a great interaction.
I’m so glad I chose them, the service was worth every dollar. Highly recommend.

The time had come to downsize and move out of my home of 43 years. I needed a good removalist but no one in my circle of friends had gone down that track yet so I had no recommendations to go with. So I Googled, as you do, and found Complete Removals who came with hundreds of glowing reviews. I booked them and I am now adding my 5 star review to all the others they have accumulated.
I could not fault the two young men, Darien and Krzysztof, who did the move – they were bright, cheerful and careful solving any problems that arose quickly and with obvious experience. I had a large white leather combo lounge suite that I was concerned about how they would get it out without damaging it. They literally put on their white gloves, taped the whole thing up in plastic and cushioned it in the truck. Not a scratch or mark on it. And at the other end they helped me arrange all the furniture, nothing was too much trouble. And all this was done on a day that poured with rain. As for the cost – it was a lot less than I had anticipated! Now when my friends start their downsizing journey I have a removalist I can thoroughly recommend.Read more

Recommended by a friend, we first used Complete Removals three years ago and were very satisfied with their service and pricing, so we chose them again this time.
Communication was clear and professional from the initial quote through to moving day, which gave us great confidence throughout the process.
The team of three movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the move within the expected timeframe. They were also very helpful and handled our items with care.
Overall, we feel the service was worth the money and would happily recommend Complete Removals to others.

John and Patrick were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our furniture with incredible care. Not a single item was damaged, and they were extremely mindful of the house as well — no scratches, dents, or marks anywhere. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole moving experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the moving experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and careful removalists.
