Bad experience . Arrived to pick up an hour late than the agreed time. Unloaded truck took for ever. They damaged a suede lounge chair, I reported to their support prior to the movers departing. They want proof of purchase from 3 - 5 years ago the person that purchased the lounge suite has passed away and provided death certificate. The movers informed the company the damage was existing prior to loading and the movers told me they never said that. They said as a good will offer they will give $100, this will not cover the cost to have the lounge chair picked up to be repaired. Don't be fooled by their insurance they will not use it they go by hearsay by a mover as the mover had no photos to substantiate what they are claiming the damage was per-existing. Worst experience I have ever had with a moving business ... It is strange they have processes that the claimant must follow though they have no process that supports their mover claiming the item was already damaged they take their hearsay, why didn't the mover take photos? 1-Star Review: Avoid This Company
Zero stars if I could. This company felt like a total setup. The first two movers worked painfully slow, making it obvious they couldn’t finish the job alone — seemingly by design. When a second team arrived, the pace stayed the same, and the conversation shifted to needing a third trip, which felt completely unnecessary. It reeked of a scam to drag out the job and inflate costs. To top it off, they offered me $150 to remove my review. I refused. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, or a straightforward, honest move.

Worst removalists ever. 100% would not recommend to my friends or to anybody else.
I received a phone call in the morning telling me that the removalists would call me 30 min prior to arrival. I then received a phone call during my allocated time (10-2 PM) at approx 12 noon informing me that my booking needed to be rescheduled (to after 4 PM) due to circumstances that were then actively denied by the crew who arrived later. The person who called me informed me that they could not come before 4 PM.
The crew who did show up turned up before 4 PM without calling so I was not home. They arrived at approximately 3.30 PM
They then wanted to cancel the job after loading the bed due to rain. I had taken the day off to do this move so I really couldn’t do that. They finally agreed to load the items.
At the drop off side, they were riding the Dolly Trolley down the ramp (pushing each other) which is the most childish and irresponsible thing I’ve ever seen. I’m glad they didn’t have an accident.
When they finally finished (they were incredibly slow) they charged me including the time they wasted and the time that they waited for me when I wasn’t given a thirty minute warning. They also added an extra cost due to having to go up and down a ramp (even though they used it for their own entertainment).
After I paid, they tried to scam me into paying again. Showing me a receipt that said the transaction failed. But the amount didn’t match my amount and I could see from my side that the payment had in fact been successful. I showed them my receipt and evidence of payment but they kept trying to argue that the transaction had failed. I then wasted another 30 min having to prove to their office (in the evening when I was supposed to be having dinner with my friends) that the payment had gone through by emailing them proof of payment to their office.
By this time I was very frustrated, especially after witnessing the utter immaturity of riding the dolly on the ramp. Surely they have work place health and safety training.
I finally was able to prove that the transaction had been successful but I will never get that time back. The crew did not apologise about making me stay and prove that my transaction was successful.
On top of all this drama, they managed to damage the fridge door.
I will NEVER use CBD movers again and I will actively warn others to avoid this company due to my horrible experience.Read more

Do not go ahead with CBD Movers, they will damage your furniture, overcharge you, and then proceed to send you down the worst rabbit hole to try and get some compensation back. 2 weeks and we're still getting passed around with clear proof that we've been overcharged.
