Just had the container picked up after a move from WA to the west coast of Tassie. All my contact was with the amazing Ashlee who made the entire process not only smooth but stress free. From my initial conversation with her before booking, answering every little query with clarity and confidence, to booking and deposit, varying pick up dates both in WA and here in Tas (I suffered an injury that delayed me a little on both ends).
Ashlee was always happy to take my call, listen to me get a little too chatty and offer solutions to my issues regarding my mobility and the impact it had on my move. Not having to go through a phone menu to discuss everything was a very refreshing experience in this day and age.
Overall experience was an 11/10 and everything from the ease of organisation and schedule changes down to the pricing of the move and extension of container hire made working with Moving Containers Australia the least stressful part of a cross country move (I don't think I could have moved a greater distance if I tried!)
Ashlee deserves the biggest of pats on the back. Never let her go, I cannot imagine the overall experience working with her being any smoother.
I have friends considering similar moves in coming years, and will definitely be recommending they get in touch with Ashlee if a container move is the way they go.Read more
