What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We offer varying levels of cover subject to your needs. Claims are handled promplty by our insurance team.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Make sure you do your research on the destination country/city you are looking at moving too. As there are many differing variable such as language/prices/vehicles/schools/transport etc and these can be very different to what you have at home.

The move was very smoothly handled. We needed to expand our volume last minute which was not a problem. In general, the communication with the company was excellent. In addition, two amazing packers took very good care of our belongings and swiftly packed up everything. We would definitely recommend Oss World Wide Movers to anyone moving overseas.

I am very impressed by the service provided by OSS Worldwide Movers every step of the way.
From the initial contact with [Name removed by Sirelo], he was very informative of the process and our options. He answered all our questions and was happy to come back out to us a second time after a change of circumstances. He stayed in touch, and was easily contactable through email and phone.
[Name removed by Sirelo] in the office, co-ordinated our move very well, again very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable in her field. Thanks [Name removed by Sirelo]
We have moved before a few times using other companies, and had breakages etc… We cannot fault OSS. They took care to package our items safely. ?Dwight (The staff member who came out to pack our stuff) was amazing. He managed to efficiently pack all our things, taking great care. Our items arrived safely thanks to this. He is very good at his job!
The two staff members who came out on the second day to pack the container - did so very quickly. They were very good at making our large amount of stuff fit into the one container, thanks for that! They worked very hard.
The partners on the Scottish side (Constantine) were also excellent. The unpacking team of shippers were efficient and we were happy with their service also.
