Removalists on the Run were absolutely fantastic. Jessie and Zi went above and beyond to help us move quickly and efficiently. They were so lovely to deal with throughout the entire process and took the utmost care when transporting all of our belongings. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole move feel smooth and stress‑free. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

This was our first big move. Zi and Jesse were outstanding from start to finish. Extremely professional, well organised, and clearly experienced. They planned the move properly, worked efficiently, and absolutely smashed the job. They even managed to take more than we originally expected without any stress or complaints. Nothing felt rushed, yet everything moved quickly and smoothly. Watching their game of live Tetris was something to behold... Lots of levels in the truck! What really impressed me was the care they took. Every item was handled properly, and at the other end they set everything up exactly as it was. The attention to detail and respect for our belongings was next level. Genuinely one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone moving house.

Such a great team to work with. From the first time I reached out, Gracie was kind, organised, and really helpful in getting everything set up for moving day. She was always quick to respond and made sure I felt prepared and comfortable ahead of time.
On the day of the move, Ziad and Jesse arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently while taking great care of my belongings. Ziad especially went above and beyond when setting things up at my new place, which I really appreciated. They honestly made what could have been a very stressful day feel calm and manageable. I’m very grateful for their support and would highly recommend them.

Shout out to the great team at Removal On The Run. From every interaction with Gracie to setup our removal was friendly, professional and always gave me complete confidence that the job was going to be done right.
When it came to the day of the move Ziad and Jesse were awesome and completely knew their stuff. Ziad was clear with the plan for the day and communicated with me to make sure I was happy with every step. Every care was taken to make sure our furniture was delivered without any issue and the pride in their work was certainly noticeable. Ziad took the extra step and care to make sure the furniture was resembled even better than he found it, so his attention to detail was appreciated.
Would recommend them and would certainly use them again.

The booking process, managed by Gracie, was seamless. She was very accommodating and made sure I got the booking on a Saturday. The pricing was accurate and transparent, with no hidden or surprise costs.
On moving day, Ziad and Jesse arrived right on time and were incredibly meticulous. They disassembled and reassembled all four of my beds and handled every piece of furniture and appliance with great care — not a single item was damaged.
They’re also very mindful of time (since they charge by the hour), so I’d recommend having all your items boxed and ready before they arrive to make the process even smoother.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience and would highly recommend Removalist On The Run to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving team.
