However, I will say, i-move as a company has terrible communication. The delivery was originally booked for Saturday and I heard nothing from the drivers until 12pm midday on Sunday. In the policy it does state they can be up to 24-48 hour delay with no notice, but to not be communicated this delay was very stressful and I was unsure whether they were even turning up. Not the drivers' fault at all, they are very lovely! But the company needs to improve their overall communication with the customers prior to pick up, especially with the offices being closed over the weekend.


They absolutely will damage everything. Even when you have video and photos of them damaging your property they will deny it and try to not pay. The pictures I have added are all taken during unloading and yet they deny anything was damaged during transit. One of their removal it’s attempted to bend the table legs back into shape and said he “fixed it”. They also showed up a day late and at 5am bashing on our door.
After contacting fair trading they offer a meagre $150 refund. We have their staff on video saying repairs would be taken care of, and video of them unloading and so much more. They tried to get us to send them the videos but we didn’t send the most incriminating parts so we have leverage for court, which is our next stop as so many others have had to do. Don’t even bother talking to the company it’s a waste of time, they just deny everything and lie.

Pick up finally done, items arrive interstate EXCEPT half of them weren’t mine and there were key pieces of my furniture missing making the whole unit useless. After countless phone calls and empty promises of “it will be delivered on this day” and “you will be getting a phone call” nothing but lies.
End of the day I have a piece of furniture unusable, my son sleeping on a floor and the best I’ve got is “We’ll give you $300” not much for a $2,500 bed I need to throw away.

These guys cannot be trusted from my experience, no care and no responsibility, and god forbid you need to talk to someone who is understanding, all you get from the front desk is attitude piled on top of attitude on top of lies and then some more lies.
