[Names removed by Sirelo] were fantastic! They were super friendly and had a great attitude. They answered all my questions and were really patient with me. If I ever move again, I’ll definitely be going with them again!

Do not use this company the work is subcontracted out to people with very limited English and very hard to communicate with. When things go wrong on the weekend there is no one to contact. There is no customer service, they are not interested in helping customers when things don’t go to plan it’s all about the money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cancelled 2 working days before our move which we booked 2 months in advance. There was no assistance, compassion or alternative dates offered….. just….. it’s not happening……less than 2 weeks before Xmas in the busiest moving time. I have tried calling to speak to management all week and no one can be bothered to call me back. UNPROFESSIONAL!

When booking this removalist we explained it was a 3 bedroom house, but that two of the bedrooms had no beds. Otherwise a fully furnished house. No-one actually came to assess what contents had to be moved. They turned up on time but in what was a small van that was never going to fit our contents. A wall unit was too tall for the van. Instead of one trip, it took three trips and they had to find a second truck to move the wall unit which was standard night. As a result what could have been done in 5 or 6 hours took 8.5 hours. The drivers explained our experience is common.
