We recently used Royal Sydney Removalists and couldn’t be happier with the service. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and the office team were fantastic — they answered all of our follow-up questions quickly and were very helpful throughout the lead-up to the move.
On moving day, the team arrived right on time and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They wrapped all of our items quickly and carefully, making sure everything was well protected for the move.
Communication throughout the day was excellent, and they even arrived early at our destination, which made the whole process run smoothly. They were especially helpful with some very heavy collector’s items, handling them with great care and professionalism.
What really stood out was their problem-solving — they came up with creative solutions to manoeuvre bulky items into our apartment without any damage. Highly recommend them for a stress-free, professional move! Big thanks to the team

I had a fantastic experience with Sam and Daniel helping move my belongings interstate. They collected everything from Brisbane and delivered safely to Sydney, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
Their communication was excellent the entire time they kept me updated and were always easy to reach, which made a stressful move much easier. They also went above and beyond assisting with packing and properly securing the items for the trip, taking real care to make sure nothing was damaged in transit.
Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. They were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable removalist, especially for long-distance moves.

Sam and Daniel were amazing! They arrived on time to pick up our things in Sydney, took great care of all our belongings, and delivered everything to Canberra right on schedule. They were kind, professional, and made the whole move stress-free. Happy Australian Day guys! Highly recommended!

Amazing service by Sam and Daniel helping me move from Sydney to Orange. They moved my whole house very punctually, from a heavy bbq to delicate artwork. Would highly recommend.

Best moving experience so far! We have moved 10 times and this is by far the best. Sam and Daniel were so quick while also being very careful with everything. They moved all of our many many boxes from Brisbane to Canberra with ease and great communication.

Sydney Plants Movers says their website. I had 42 pot plants to move, also 2 couches, 3 TV's, half a dozen boxes and a washer and dryer. Company was aware of the load as photographs were supplied.
Two men arrived late, disappeared for two hours to find a third man, had only domestic trolleys.
Took 9 hours to load the truck, 4 hours to unload.
Every plant damaged, pots smashed. Left the washer and dryer behind (they could pick up for an extra fee).
$2,000 cash, $980 by bank transfer and an extra $300 to the driver as they went 'overtime'.
The common property of two buildings trashed.
Incredibly unprofessional.
Postscript:
Management contacted me by phone to apologise and offer recompense. We agreed on an amount (about 10%) and to amend, but not withdraw, my review. They reneged on the deal by email and demanded I remove my review and sign a release to not defame them in reviews. Defamation implies my review was untrue.
